Finding the source causing the mold growth

The pictures show cooler areas in the home that are wet but not so much that the homeowner can see. A little bit of moisture is going to cause mold to begin to grow on organic materials. Drywall paper, moldings and casings, framing studs, tack strip, and even some paints are organic materials that will grow mold.
