Commercial Damage Information

This library had a massive amount of flood damage.

There are different levels of commercial damage. Depending on the amount of money it might cost will determine how the damage will be cleaned and billed.

Some damages are below the $50K mark which is usually cleaned using an itemized list for each service conducted.

When the damage is above the $50K threshold the billing will be determined by "Times and Materials", or T&M for short.

Imagine going through every line item on a $100K loss or even a million dollar loss. Essentially T&M only takes into consideration the amount of time technicians are working and how much material they are going through during the cleanup process.
