Flooded house in Washington, UT

This flooded vacation house was the result of a broken toilet line. Because nobody was at home water leaked for a few days until neighbors noticed water on the driveway.

Our SERVPRO of St. George technicians responded right away to see what could be salvaged. They started by drying out the structure of the building. Some parts of the drywall had to be removed but the carpet was going to be saved, along with the wood floors in the kitchen.

Once dry we replaced the carpet pad and rest reached it into place. The only thing left was to replace the baseboards and repaint the damaged walls.
