Commercial Drying Equipment at Commercial Building

When a commercial building has the amount of water that this library had in it, notice the flood line on the walls, the need for commercial drying equipment is paramount.

Even though the water is extracted there is still a lot of moisture left in the air and building materials. Although the evaporation of the water is slight there is too much for the building to dissipate naturally. The goal during commercial drying is to speed up the evaporation process while removing the moisture.

Hence the second picture showing a commercial sized desiccant dehumidifier. Capable of moving 5000 cubic feet of air a minute, the desiccant is a powerhouse for commercial drying.
