A frozen pipe breaking in the ceiling caused this flood.

Frozen pipes can cause a lot of problems, especially in Southern Utah where it doesn't freeze often. The insurance agent of the homeowner called us at SERVPRO of St. George to respond to the damaged room.

Unfortunately the wood paneling along the bottom of the room could not be replaced, but the homeowners were not to broken up about it. We dried the room and replaced the flooring and drywall. The homeowners did not ask us to replace the paneling, opting for it to be repainted only. The carpet and walls looked great once again.
