Leaking Roof in Leeds, UT

Faulty construction leads to roof leak.

Because of improperly laid capstones on the roof of this Leeds home the rain water leaked inside the house. The water ran down the inside of the walls, damaging the bathroom and garage.

SERVPRO of St. George started by replacing the broken tiles to assure that the damage would not reoccur. We then started with the drying out of drywall, bathroom tiles, and garage.

The only drywall that needed to be removed was in the ceiling as it was stained and growing a little mold. The rest of the drywall only needed drying and a little repainting.
